All users of this site agree that access to and use of this site are subject to the following terms and conditions and other applicable law. If you do not agree to these terms and conditions, please do not use this site

What if my tiles are damaged or the order is not correct?
All damages and irregularities must be notified within 24 hours of the delivery. You must notify us of the exact amount missing or damaged and free replacements will be sent on the next available delivery. Due to the nature of the goods it will be deemed acceptable if there are 1 or 2 broken tiles and would recommend that you use them where cuts are necessary. If on first inspection you notice that there are damages please contact us.  It is the customer and tiler’s responsibility to fully inspect the goods appropriate to the type, quantity, size, quality, aesthetics and appearance, shade, colour, layout pattern, suitability for purpose and any other characteristics of the goods prior to installation, as no claims will be considered after installation.
 
Tile Sizes?
The dimensions of tiles listed on the website are nominal dimensions only. All tiles are fired at high temperatures and different production batches may have small size variations which may differ from the descriptive size. All size variations are within Australian Standards.
 
What if I order too many tiles?
Unfortunately we do not accept the return of surplus tiles, however we do recommend that you order approximately 10% extra for cuts, breakages and any future repairs.

Will you store my tiles?
A storage fee of $25 per week will be applied for orders held over 14 days.
Trend Tiles will not hold orders for which payments have not been settled within 30 days.

What is your Returns Policy?
PLEASE CHOOSE CAREFULLY. We do not normally give refunds if you simply change your mind or make a wrong selection. You can choose between a refund, exchange or credit where goods are faulty, wrongly described, different from a sample shown to you or don't do what they are supposed to do. Our returns policy includes, and does not seek to exclude or limit, the rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law. All our products come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under Australian Consumer Law.   

A 25% handling fee of the purchase price applies to all returns on stocked items. All goods must be returned within 14 days directly to our store.
 
Please Note
Before purchasing from us, please assure yourself by purchasing or viewing sample as to the colour and texture as actual products may vary from what you see on your computer. 

Use of Site
Harassment in any manner or form on the site, including via e-mail, chat, or by use of obscene or abusive language, is strictly forbidden. Impersonation of others, including a Trend Tiles Inverell or other licensed employee, host, or representative, as well as other members or visitors on the site is prohibited. You may not upload to, distribute, or otherwise publish through the site any content which is libellous, defamatory, obscene, threatening, invasive of privacy or publicity rights, abusive, illegal, or otherwise objectionable which may constitute or encourage a criminal offense, violate the rights of any party or which may otherwise give rise to liability or violate any law. You may not upload commercial content on the site or use the site to solicit others to join or become members of any other commercial online service or other organisation.
